Right of withdrawal:
The following right of withdrawal is not valid, if the ordered purchase is supposed to be used for your own business or self-employed professional work.

Right of Withdrawal
You can withdraw your contract declaration without providing any reasons by using a form of text (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the purchased item. The return of the thing is done, only if the customer already has been made available to. The time range for withdrawal is one month and starts with the receipt of the purchase at the delivery address provided by buyer, however, earliest with the receipt of these instructions. In order to keep the time limit of the right of withdrawal it is sufficient to resend the note of withdrawal or the purchased item on time. Please send your withdrawal to:

Consequences of withdrawal
In case of withdrawal both parties must return any received benefits, respectively any received profits. If you can only return the item partially or in a declined state, you must provide compensation accordingly. This is not valid, if the decrease of value can only be detected by professional means as available in a professional store. However, you can avoid compensation if you do not use the item as if you own it and you will avoid anything, which could potentially result in a decreased value of the item.
Items that can be packaged must be sent back. You must bare the cost of return shipment, if the delivered item is equivalent to the one ordered and if the price of the purchase to be sent back does not exceed the value of 40 Euros or if, at a higher price, you have not yet provided any payment or an agreed partial payment at the time of withdrawal. In any other case the return shipment is free of charge. Items that can not be packaged will be picked up at your premises. Obligations to compensate any payments you must fulfil within 30 days after sending the note of withdrawal.
Exceptions
If not agreed otherwise, the right of withdrawal does not exist concerning the following contracts:
1. Delivery of items, which were produced in line with the specification of the customer or were tailored uniquely to their personal needs or cannot be send back because of their specific characteristics or can spoil within a short amount of time or goods that have exceeded their expiration date.
2. Delivery of audio -or video recordings or software, if the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by the customer.
